Our aim is to empower trades and employability. New concepts and forms of cooperation need to be developed. Social etiquette is a “catalyst” for a new attitude towards care, work and people’s lives, with the common goal of improving flows and new forms of employment. Networking instead of each person reinventing their own wheel. Experimenting to achieve more growth and opportunities.

The keywords are empowerment, social interaction and participation.

Working through workshops, a new social, creative and self-sufficient style.

Currently, a new tailor-made job is needed, suitable for people who cannot keep up with our fast-paced world. In addition, awareness-raising among the public and entrepreneurs is also necessary. With distinctive and high social value design products, we invite the public, designers, suppliers, entrepreneurs to participate. “Social etiquette” creates sustainable economic, social and cultural connections and makes people proud of what they do.

With the aim of giving visibility to all the NJ workshops involved, but at the same time being consistent with the design and exhibition proposal, making a 360º tour between all the workshops, we propose to make products around the art of the table, but rethinking the way in which we approach this culinary experience: How do we sit? How do we eat? What do we eat with? How do we choose the food we eat? How is what we eat illuminated? What other elements are necessary or not for eating? What is this experience like? What do we have left over? What are we missing? What would we change? What is essential? What is not?

Each workshop will pose a series of questions related to its theme to generate reflections on the concepts that are carried out in each workshop.
